Valid’s impressive list of clients sits at the high end of the market and represents the company’s ability to cater for a wide range of client needs. The main factor for all Valid’s clients is our ability to provide personnel who are suitable to the environment in which they are placed, with a major focus on customer service levels for our client’s patrons and guests.

Valid provides security personnel to a number of studio facilities in London. De Lane Lea Studios, a major post production facility, Air Studios, Hampstead, and EMI at its prestigious Abbey Road Studios whom we have supplied for the last six years. These contracts attest to the company’s ability to understand the need for personnel who are able to interface with a diverse public.

Being an approved contractor with Wandsworth Council attests to the company’s stringent vetting of staff, as the council demands personnel who meet the strict requirements necessary to work where there are children and vulnerable members of society.

Our Hotel contracts – Wyndham Grand, Chelsea Harbour, where Valid provide 24-7 front of house cover and The Dorchester, where we supply personnel for all events/functions, attests to Valid’s ability to provide personnel who can interface with guest/patrons of a 5 star hotel. Customer service plays a primary role in the security duties in this environment.

In January 2010 the company won the tender for Fulham Broadway Retail Centre, managed by BTW Sheills against strong competition from larger companies. BTW favoured the hands on approach which was outlined in the company’s tender and which Valid has since delivered.
